Parkside buyer shares excitement over new purchase

As we are semi-retired and looking to simplify our future, our current residence with a lap pool and large tropical garden, now exceeds our needs and requirements. For a while we have been examining the options for us to “right-size” and achieve a simpler lifestyle without compromising the quality and attention to detail that we are used to. Having searched for smaller houses in the Yeronga area, and not being attracted to high-rise living, we had found nothing suitable until we discovered the Parkside Villa residences under construction in Yeronga.

The Villas are well designed and spacious,  with a low maintenance garden and a private lift to allow us to continue to live there into older age. The location is ideal, as can we stay in our wonderful local area. It is convenient to both bus and train transportation. Yeronga Village, several restaurants and two supermarkets are a few minutes drive away. Yeronga Memorial Park is across the road. It includes many sporting amenities including the Yeronga council pool, so there will be lots to keep us busy.

Having purchased off the plans and locked in the price, we can slowly begin the process of selling our current residence and prepare for the “right-size” move in the future. A move that we are very excited about.
